Summer is the breeze blowing through the grass, it is running carelessly through the meadows, it is taking off your shoes and feeling the grass tickle your toes. Summer is walking through the sand, it is the memories you have forever, it is what you never want to end, it is feeling nothing but happiness, it is the times you don’t want to forget, it is always what you look forward to in the winter.

This session is from July. I am almost caught up with all my July's sessions… almost :) Here are a few photos that I took of my younger sister, Lucia. We went cruising around scouting new photography locations. And found this gorgeous place!

The last few days have been very busy for me... too busy lately to post anything even though I have tons of new photos to show.

 The air is getting a feel that summer slowly comes to the end... nights are cooler and days shorter. I tried to enjoy the last moments of this summer. I love these late summer evenings, beautiful colors in the sky and the last warm ray of the sun... Here are a few photos that I took of my two friends a little while back. I think this was my most beautiful photo shoot ever! We had to wait for sunset and for that perfect light, but we had so much fun together!

I so needed this! This place was so quiet. Peaceful and quiet. Birds flew in complete freedom, with their wings wide open. So silently. The only sound you could hear was their singing and water splashing in the stream, just sit and watch. There was no need to hide and be afraid in this place of complete freedom. A delightful place for nature lovers. It really does put you in a different frame of mind. What is horrible is when you do go to a peaceful place and your mind makes it difficult to enjoy it. It is that saying..."wherever you go, there you are." Or some such thing. I know I am at my anxious worst when I am in a wonderful place of nature and I cannot get my mind to stop and enjoy it. Not this time :) I had a wonderful day with my sister and friend, well spent, so very enjoyable and so much fun!
